北京地铁首都机场线东直门站上跨下穿

[摘要]新建城市轨道交通穿越既有线为重大风险工程综合上跨和下穿两种形式的穿越更应严格控制既有线的变形,保证工程施工前后既有线的安全运营,通过自动化监测和人工监测相结合的方式对首都机场线东直门站上跨和下穿既有13号线折返线工程进行第三方监测,监测过程中密切关注隧道结构和轨道结构的变形发现多次数据超过允许值现象经过积极、有效的控制,既有13号线折返线的安全运营未受影响。结果表明第三方监测
具有重要安全保障作用类似工程中应积极进行第三方监测。[关键词】地铁车站;折返线;第三方监测:变形监测

Abstract: The new urban rail transit crossing existing stations or lines is very important and risk project. Deformation of existing line should be strictly controlled in the upcrossing or undercrossing construction to keep operating safely. Through automatic and manual monitoring , the third-party monitoring measurement is adopted during construction of Dongzhimen Station in Beijing Subway Airport Line , which upcrosses and undercrosses existing Beijing Subway Line 13. Engineers pay close attention to the tunnel and track structure , and some warning values happen during monitoring. By active and effective controlling the deformation , the safe operation of the existing turn line is ensured. Monitoring result shows that the third-party monitoring play an important role in keeping safety of project , and it should be adopted in similar projects.

1工程概况 1.1工程简介
首都国际机场线东直门站位于北京东二环路东侧东直门外大街路北侧,为东西走向。车站西侧为东直门立交北桥和地铁2号线东直门站,北侧为城铁13 号线东直门站交通枢纽及东华广场在建结构,
东直门站为地下站主体结构总长191.68m,由6 段独立结构组成,为A-F区及安全线·其中C区为单层结构,上跨和下穿13号线折返线,结构长 31.12m宽16.52m,穿越处13号线折返线为暗挖单

层双联拱隧道穿越上方为明挖单层单跨箱形结构,长 14m宽12.3m高7.75m;暗挖段宽12.05m高7.52m 联有车站主体、明挖段和暗挖段连接处客设一变形缝处于工程影响范围内。新建上跨结构底板距折返线顶板仅200~300mm;下穿结构为单跨结构紧贴折返线结构底板。上跨下穿中心线位于地铁13号线K40+
