[Abstract]Objective : To investigate whether lentinan,lentinan combined with docetaxel can inhibit the cell prolif-eration in human gastric cancer cell line BCC823. Methods : BCC823 cells were divide into lentinan, docetaxel and lentinan combined docetaxel groups, Lentinan was added in the culturemedium to concentration of 1. 560μg/ml, 3. 125μg/ml,6.250μg/ml,12. 500μg/ml. Docetaxel was added in the culturemedium to concentration of 0. 625μg/ ml,1. 250μg/ml,2. 500μg/ml,5. 000μg/ml. MTT was applied to detect the proliferation of BGC823 cells. Apoptosis was detected by Annexin V/PI. Results: Lentinan could inhibit the proliferation of BGC823, Compared with the control group , the inhibitary rates were 67.7% ,56.0% ,42.1% and 23. 2% with different concentrations of lentin an( P <0. 05) . The inhibitory rates of the proliferation of BCC823 cells were significantly higher in combined with docetaxel than those in docetaxel alone group( P <0. 05). Lentinan can increase the apoptosis rates of BCC823 cells, the apoptosis rate was higher in combined with docetaxel group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: Lentinan can inhibit the pro-liferation of gastric cancer BGC823 cells,and can significantly enhance the inhibit rate of proliferation in docetaxel.[Key words]lentinan;docetaxel;BGC823;proliferation;apoptosis

【摘要】
自的:观察香菇多糖单药及联合多西他赛抑制胃瘤细胞BCC823增殖的作用。方法:分别用不同浓
度的香菇多糖、多西他赛和香菇多糖联合多西他赛处理胃癌细胞BGC823。香菇多糖终浓度分别为1.560μg/ ml,3.125μg/ml,6.250μg/ml,12.500μg/ml。多西他赛终浓度分别为0.625μg/ml,1.250μg/ml,2.500μg/ml, 5.000μg/ml。MTT法检测各组细胞增殖情况;同时用AnnexinV/PI法检测各组细胞的凋亡。结果:单药香菇多糖能抑制BCG823细胞的增殖,不同浓度(由高到低)对BCC823细胞的增殖抑制率分别为67.7%,56.0%、 42.1%和23.2%,与阴性对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同浓度香菇多糖联合多西他赛能增强多
