港珠澳大桥九洲航道桥斜拉索安装技术

[摘要]港珠澳大桥九洲航道桥为斜拉桥,共有斜拉索64根。斜拉索均采用PESC7-451规格,最长索139.536m,单根斜拉索最大重19.7165t。斜拉索的安装工序主要包括斜拉索运输、上桥、塔端挂设、展索、梁端软牵引及梁端张
拉等。对其施工工艺特点以及施工过程控制进行了简要总结。【关键词]桥梁工程;斜拉桥;斜拉索;安装

Abstract :Jiuzhou Channel Bridge of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with 64 stay cables adopted. The specification with PESC7-451 is adopted for the cables, the longest length of which is 139. 536m, and the maximum weight is 19.716 5t. Cable installation process mainly includes road transportation, lifting up to bridge, installation on the tower end, hauling, soft traction and tensioning on the girder end of cables. This paper provides a brief summary of its construction process characteristics and its construction process control method.

1工程概况 1.1项目简介
港珠澳大桥是连接香港、珠海、澳门三地的世界级跨海通道工程,该项工程对珠江三角洲地区的改革和发展,以及港澳地区的持续繁荣稳定等具有重要战略意义。港珠澳大桥主体桥梁工程CB05合同段最靠近珠海、澳门侧起点里程K29+237,终点里程K35+890,主桥九洲航道桥是双塔中央单索面钢-混组合梁斜拉桥,主跨设计单孔双向通航,桥跨布置为(85+127.5+268+127.5+85)m,全长 693m。全桥共6个桥墩,其中206,207号墩为主塔墩,采用钢-混结构“风帆”造型,由竖直的塔柱和弯曲的曲臂组成,塔高114.7m,塔顶标高120.020m。主梁采用分离式开口钢箱+混凝土桥面板的组合截面。九洲航道桥布置如图1所示。

向间距1.0m。斜拉索梁端为张拉端,采用锚管直接锚固于联系两分离式钢梁的箱形横粱上,纵向索距 12.5m;塔端为锚固端,采用钢锚箱锚固,锚点竖向间距6.1m。全桥共有64根斜拉索,均采用PESC7 451规格,为直径7mm高强度平行钢丝拉索,钢丝
标准强度fk=1770MPa,弹性模量E 2.0×10MPa,表面采用锌-5%铝混合稀土合金镀层,钢丝用高强缠包带缠紧后外层采用双层PE护套。斜拉索编号如图2所示。斜拉索最长 139.536m,单根(不含锚具)最大重19.7165t。索体结构如图3所示。
