厦深铁路黎屏山隧道施工技术

【摘要】基于厦深铁路察屏山隧道工程,根据工程地势起伏较大等地质特点,介绍洞口开挖、边仰坡施工、润门修筑等施工技术。通过在润挖过程中采用台阶法、交叉中隔壁法(CRD法)和三台阶七步法,安全、快捷、高效地完成了施工任务。并在施工过程中采用先进的监控操测技术,进行监控量测和超前地质预报,以保证对围堰提前做出准确判断。

Construction Technology of Lipingshan Tunnel in Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway

Abstract;Based on the engineering of Linpingshan Tunnel in Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway, construction technologies are introduced including excavation of tunnel opening, construction of side and face upward slope, construction of tunnel gate, according to geological characteristics such as large hypsographic feature. The construction is accomplished with safety, fast and high performance by selecting bench method, CRD method and three benches with seven steps method during the excavation of tunnel. Furthermore, modern monitoring and detection technology is chosen to monitor measurement and advance
geological forecast, which can ensure that the judgment of cofferdam is accurately made. Key words:tunnel engineering; blasting; excavation; construction technology
1工程概况
厦深铁路位于闽粤两省的东南滨海地区,线路东起厦门枢纽厦门西站,西至深圳枢纽新深圳站,途经福建省厦门、漳州和广东省潮州、汕头、揭阳、汕尾、惠州、深圳等八城市。线路全长501.219km(其中广东段全长357.052km,福建段全长144.167km),包括厦门、深圳枢纽配套工程。
厦深铁路广东段站前工程XSGZQ-7标段,里程范围:DK320+582.87~DK353+350,线路长度 32.381km(短链386m)。起点为螺河特大桥厦门台尾,终点为金马隧道出口。主要构造物为:隧道4座/ 5859m,特大桥3座/17442.47m,大桥1座/275.86m,小桥1座/17.06横延米,涵洞43座/976.44m,路基土石方112.9万m。线路东起陆丰市,跨越国道G324、省道S240、S241等,西至汕尾市。
黎屏山隧道位于陆丰市赤坑镇径口村附近,129 县道侧。隧道进出口里程为:DK349+816、DK350+ 645;进出口隧线分界里程为:DK349+816、DK350+

645:全长1289m。隧道设计为双线,采用有殖轨道,有殖轨道的结构高度为766mm,呈马蹄形,洞径14m左右,开挖断面面积约130m,隧道纵坡为单面上坡,坡度为3%。隧道平面及纵断面如图1所示。
