上跨多股既有铁路钢筋混凝土连续梁桥综合施工技术

[摘要]预应力混凝土连续梁桥广泛应用于跨河流、山谷、公路、铁路的桥梁设计中。上跨铁路构造物一股跨度较大,施工工艺较为复杂;电气化铁路接触网电压高达2.75万V,施工时安全风险高,根据跨铁路既有线施工安全管理规定的要求,必须设置具有防高空坠物及防电绝缘的防护装置。以高月塘大桥为工程实例,详细介绍了墩项临

ComprehensiveConstructionTechnologyofReinforcedConcrete Continuous Girder Bridge Across Existing Multi Railway Lines

Abstract:Prestressed concrete continuous girder has been used in design of bridges across river,valley, road and railway comprehensively. The construction across railway usually has long span and its construction is complex. The contact wire of electrified railway reaches 27 500 volt, so its security risk is very high. According to the construction security administrative provisions across exiting railway, protecting devices and insulator arrangement must be set up. Combined with the case study of Gaoyuetang Bridge, this paper introduces the construction techniques of the temporary rigid connection on pier top and the mobile suspension type protecting stand in details.

工程概况 1
湘潭市东二环高月塘大桥为上跨沪昆正线(上下行双线)、湘潭东站牵引线、安全线及联络线5条铁路而设,沪昆铁路及湘潭东牵引线为电气化铁路,列车通行频繁,安全风险大。此桥全长776.9m,设计桥宽36m,分左、右两幅,单幅桥宽17.5m。主桥为(42+70+42)m连续梁形式,单箱双室结构,箱宽10.5m,两侧悬臂翼缘板宽3.5m,与沪昆线斜夹角85°,其中主跨为70m段预应力连续箱梁如图1 所示。
