轿车空调管路保持架注塑模具设计

摘要:通过对轿车空调管路保持架的结构和工艺性进行分析,介绍了其注塑模具的结构、工作原理、模具设计难点、分型面的选择和侧向分型与抽芯机构的设计原理。重点分析了定模顶出机构、滑块安全针设置、HASCO模架的结构特点和模具内气红顶出的结构形式、适用场合以及设计要点。通过合理设计浇注系统和冷却系统,缩短了注射周期。经实际生产验证,模具结构设计合理,完全满足轿车空调管路保持架的结构和工艺性要求。

Injection mould design of tube retainer for automotive air conditioner

Abstract: By analyzing the structure and process characters of air conditioner tube retaincr, the structural design, working principle and the difficulty of mould design, as well as how to design parting lines and the application of side core-pulling were introduced respectively The design theory of both fixed and moving mould ejcction, and the design of slide safcty pin and pneumatic cylindcr cjcction insidc mould, and the structure and features of HASCO mouldbase were analyzed emphatically. The cycle time was reduced by the design of gating and cooling system. Enterprisc production practice has proved that the mould structure de-sign is reasonable, and can mcet the requirements of the product structure and manufactur-ability.

用PA66十13%GF(玻璃纤维),收缩率为 0.70%,密度为1.22g/cm,吸水率为7.1%,断裂伸长率为2%,弯曲强度为165MPa,弯曲模量为4826MPa,热变形温度为243℃。塑件
