对讲机壳盖注塑模具设计

摘要:对讲机壳盖属于均匀壁厚的薄壳结构,其中一矩形侧孔位于底部中心圆环处,要求其外表面光滑无痕,且是超大批量生产。针对其结构特点和产量,设计了一模二腔内外抽芯结构的注塑模具。模具采用热流道浇注系统,浇口点直达塑件最佳浇口位置,减少了注塑压力和温度损失,提高了塑件质量。模具设计结构合理,开、合模动作可靠,
制品顺利脱模,塑件精度高,产品能够完全达到客户要求。关键词:对讲机壳盖;热流道;CAE;内外抽芯;注塑模

Design of intercom shell injection mould

Abstract: Intercom shell owns a thin shell structure with uniform wall thickness, in which one rectangular hole is located at the bottom center circle. It is large batch production,and the surface nceds to be smooth and flawless. Through the analysis of structural features of intercom shell, an injection mould of two cavity with inner and outer core pulling is de-signed. The mould uses the hot runner system, the gate point is located at the best gate posi-tion of thc plastic part, so as to reduce the pressure and the temperature loss, improve the plastic part quality. The mould structure is reasonable, it can move reliably,stripping, smoothly and produce high precision plastic parts, which fully meet customer requirements.

定,以外形美观为原则,制品允许有1°~3°的拨模斜度,超大批量生产,具体尺寸如图1所示。制品属于均匀壁厚的薄壳结构,采用普通注塑模具结构,压力和温度损失较大,注塑时制品末端局部填充困难,且拐角、加强筋处厚度变化易产生气穴,收缩不均易产生变形[1-2]。
