汽车门盖精度一致性的提升

(河北省汽车工程技术研究中心长城汽车股份有限公司技术中心,河北保定071000)摘要:门盖是汽车白车身重要组成部分,其质量直接影响整车的外观、性能及安全,并且体现一个企业的生产工艺水平,因此探究其控制方法非常必要。在白车身门盖的拼装制造过程中,涉及诸多工艺,只有控制好每个工艺环节,才能保证白车身门盖的装配质量。通过采用同一工艺装配基准,查找过程变量的方法,实现了问题的快速解决。

Abstract: Door cover is an important part of the car white body, its quality directly affccts the vehicle's appearance, performance and sccurity, and reflects the production technology level of an cnterprisc. Thus, it is very nccessary to explore the control methods. In the white body cover asscmbly manufacturing process,many techniques are involved.Only by good control in each process, it is possible to cnsure the quality of white body door cover asscm-bly. The problem is solved quickly by adopting the same proccss assembly reference, finding the method of the process variable.

汽车车门、发动机盖、行李箱等门盖类零件
是车身制造中的关键外观部件。门盖类零件兼备开启和闭合功能。由于对相邻件的曲面精度一致性、间隙均匀程度等装配要求较高,所以装配质量的好坏就显得尤为重要。汽车门盖如图 1所示。
