汽车SUV车型门盖流痕问题产生原因及应对措施

(河北省汽车工程技术研究中心长城汽车股份有限公司技术中心,河北保定071000)摘要:电泳流痕是白车身电泳后常见的质量问题,多发生在五门一盖包边部位。通过分析得知,包边机包边压力不够及涂胶标准不合理是导致电泳流痕的主要原因。采取调整包边设备、减小或消除包边缝隙和在有缝隙的条件下调整折边胶的涂胶量或涂
胶方式,可有效地消除车门流痕问题,提高生产效率,降低成本。关键词:车门;流痕;方法

Abstract: Electrophoretic flow mark is common quality problem of white body after electro phoresis, which tends to occur at the edge of the five door cover a bag. Aftcr analysis, thc main cause of the electrophoretic flow mark is that the hcmming pressure is not enough and coating standard is unreasonable.By adjusting the hemming equipmcnt,reducing or elimi-nating hemming cracks and adjusting the amount of ruffled adhesive glue and gumming man-ner under the condition of having crack, it can effectively climinate the door flow mark
