咖啡壶嘴侧抽芯注塑模具设计

摘要:根据咖啡壶嘴塑件的结构特点和要求,模具设计采用动模和定模对接形式所构成的分型面与塑件轮廉形状相一致的结构,利用油缸液压抽芯成型外侧侧凹,通过固定型芯的“T”形槽带动活动型芯完成内抽芯,以推块作顶出装置。模具结构紧合
理,容易加工制造。采用侧浇口内侧进料的方式,可以有效改善塑件的外观质量。关键词:咖啡壹嘴;注塑模;内抽芯;侧浇口

Design of side core-pulling injection mould for coffeepot spout

Abstract:Bascd on the structural characteristics and requiremcnts of the coffeepot spout, a structure was used to achieve that the parting surface formed by the butted form of the mov able mould and the fixed mould corresponds with the contour shape of the plastic part in mould design. The outer side concave is formcd by the hydraulic core pulling of the cylin-der. The inner core pulling is completed by the active core drived by the T-shaped groove of the fixcd core and the cjcctor device is push blocks. The structure is compact and reasona ble, easy to be manufactured. The quality of the appearance of plastic parts can gct effec tively improved with the use of inside feeding through the side gate.
