浅析全面质量管理与“七写”标识管理的关系

【摘要]从“七写"标识管理的内容、意义、特点入手，概述了“七写"标识管理与全面质量管基本理论指导就不可能创造出“七写"标识管理，只有两者密切结合，才能体现出相互的价值。

Analysis on the Relationship Between Total Quality Control and"SevenWriteIdentificationManagement
[Abstract]Start with the content, meaning and characteristics of the "seven write" identification management,this paper summarized the relationship between "seven write" identification management and total quality control. Total quality control basic ideal should be a guide in the"seven write" identification management,with out it there will be no "seven write"identification management, it couldn' reflect the value of each other unless closely combined with each other. (1)全面质量管理(TQC)。
全面质量管理（TotalQualityControl，简称TOC）最早由美国的费根堡于20世纪60年代初提出。TQC 是企业为了保证和提高产品质量，综合运用管理技术、专业技术和科学方法所形成的系统的质量管理和质量保证体系，又称全面质量控制、综合质量管理。
全面质量管理的特点在于全面性。管理的内容是全面的，管理的范围是全面的，参加质量管理的人员是全面的，质量管理的方面是全面的。
(2)"七写"标识管理。
“七写"标识管理是根据产品品种多，数量大，现场物流和质量难以控制的实际，经过不断探索、实践，总结出来的标识管理法，它既强化了现场物流控制，又能持续保证产品实物质量，是一种全员参与的管理方法。

2“七写”标识管理的内容
“七写"标识管理融合了各项现场管理制度、规定，将现场物流、质量控制等各项控制手段高度集中在“七写”表格中的一种现场管理手段。“七写”表格如表1所示，其含义为：
