管后轴承多支点模拟探讨

摘要:基于目前大多数主机厂在进行轴系校中计算时,仍根据自身经验对舰管后轴承进行单支点模拟的现状,分别对舰管后轴承进行单支点和多支点模拟计算后发现:对于采用偏心加工的舰管后轴承,多支点计算准确度更高。同时鉴于目前广泛使用的顶举法校中是以轴系校中计算书中的轴系负荷为校中验收依据,指出:如校中计算不准确会给船舶的运营带来巨大风险。据此建议:大

Discussionof Multi-pointSimulationforAftSternBearing

(Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Design Co. , Lid. , Shanghai 200137) Abstract: As now most main engine makers still adopt single-point simulation according to their own ex-periences for aft stem bearing when calculating shafting alignment, comparison was carried out between single-point and multi-point simulation. The results show that the calculation result of multi-point is more accurate, especially for slop boring aft stem bcaring. Furthemore, the most widely applied shafting a-lignment method, jack-up test is accepted as per the bearings load in shafting alignment calculation; in-accurate alignment calculation would lead to huge risk of vessel running hereafter. Therefore, it is strong ly recommend adopting multi-point simulation for aft stern bearing in large vessel shafting alignment cal-culation to avoid the risks in shafting alignment installation.

目前大多数主机厂在进行轴系校中计算时,仍根据自身经验对舰管后轴承进行单支点模拟。但舰管轴承作为一个具有一定长度和弹性的连续几何体,对其进行模拟时必然是支点越多越准确,特别是舰管后轴承内孔偏心加工乃至双偏心加工已广泛应用在大型船舶中,单支点模拟已无法准确反映舰管后轴承的真实状态。本文以一型好望角型散货船和一型VLCC为例,对船管后轴承采用多支点模拟后重新进行校中计算,发现该计算得出的轴系负
荷,与原单支点的校中计算结果有明显差异,但却与实船轴系校中结果更加吻合,从而验证了多支点模拟比单支点模拟计算准确度更高。
鉴于目前大型船舶轴系校中过程普遍采用的是轴系合理校中法基础上的项举校中法,即以轴系负荷满足计算书要求为校中验收的依据,如果根据计算准确度较低的单支点校中计算书进行实船安装,会直接造成主机和中间轴承距轴系参考线的偏移距离(OFFSET)与计算书有较大差异,从而导致船舶运营工况下各轴承负荷不可控,给轴系正常运转带来巨大风险。
