高速脂润滑角接触球轴承多目标优化设计

摘要:通过建立轴向和径向联合载荷作用下高连脂润滑角接触球轴承的拟动力学模型,利用功效系数法,以施滚比、基本额定动载荷、摩擦力矩和轴向刚度为目标函数,对轴承球组节圆直径、球径、球数、内圈沟曲率系数和外图沟曲率系数进行优化设计,并对优化设计后的轴承H7008C-2RZ/HQ1P4进行了温升性能和极限转速试验,结果表明温升和极限转速满足要求。

Abstract: The quasi dynamic model is established for high speed grease lubricated angular contact ball bearings under combined axial and radial load, and the spin to roll ratio,basic dynamie load rating, frictional torque and axi-al rigidity are set as objective functions. The efficiency coefficient method is used, and the optimal design is conducted for pitch diameter of ball set, ball diameter,ball number, inner ring groove curvature coefficient and outer ring grooye curvature coefficient of bearings, Moreover,the temperature rise performance test and limiting speed test are carried out for optimized bearings H7008C 2RZ/HQ1P4, The results show that the temperature rise and limiting speed are able to meet requirements.

随着人们对绿色制造和环保意识的不断增强,近年来,高档数控机床也在向环保方向发展。传统的电主轴采用油雾、油气润滑以实现电主轴的高速旋转,但必须配备压缩空气、气管、控制系统等辅助设施,系统结构复杂。此外,油雾化所产生的油雾弥漫宇空气中,不仅污染环境,也将对长期在此环境下的工作者的身心健康造成极大伤害。机械加工行业皇现出脂润滑主轴代替油润窄主轴的趋势,耳脂润滑主轴的各项性能指标要求

国外高速脂润滑轴承d.·n值达到2×10° mm·/min左右,而我国生产的该类轴承d.·n 值在1.6×10°mm·t/min左右,与国外有一定差距。高速角接触球轴承运行时同时承受轴向载荷和径向载荷,以往优化设计为简化方程组,且只考虑纯轴向载荷作用。该方法假设轴承中的每个球位置处的接触角、接触应力、接触载荷、旋滚比和离心力等内部结构和性能参数均相等,与实际情况相差较大。鉴于此,针对高速脂润滑轴承H7000-2RZ系列,考患轴向载荷和径向载荷联合作用,对主参数进
