热轧未退火材料锻制钢球热处理工艺试验

摘要:通过对热轧未退火材料锻制钢球进行热处理工艺试验,热处理后可以达到热轧球化退火材料加工出钢球的各项技术指标;由于原材料减少了次球化退火工序,可以达到降低生产成本的目的。

Abstract: Through the process test of heat treatment for steel ball forged by rolled unannealed material, the technical parameters of steel ball processed by the hot rolled spheroidizing annealed material can be a-chieved after heat treatment. Due to reducing once spheroidizing annealing opration for the raw material, the production cost can be reduced.
