电源占空比对TC4合金微弧氧化生物膜层性能影响

摘要:为了利用微弧氧化工艺在钛合金表面制备钙磷生物膜层,并确定该工艺电源占空比对膜层性能影响。研究了在恒电流和恒电压下,电源占空比对于膜层厚度、表面粗糙度和钙磷摩尔含量的影响规律。并利用SEM分析了不同占空比对于膜层表面形貌的影响。结果表明,恒压下随占空比增加,膜层厚度和表面粗糙度同时增加,膜层中钙磷含量增加;而恒流模式下,膜层厚度和表面粗糙度增长缓慢且呈先增加后减小趋势,膜层表面形貌、粗糙程度变化不大。故希望获得厚膜层应选择
恒压模式,而恒流模式适于表面光滑膜层制备。关键词:微弧氧化;占空比;膜层厚度;表面粗糙度

Abstract: To take advantage of microarc oxidation technique in preparation of calcium phosphorus biocoat ing on titanium alloy surface and to determine the impadt of power duty cycle in the process on the perform-ance of coating, the effect of power duty cycle on coating thickness, surface roughness, mole contents of calcium and phosphorus were studied under the constant current and constant voltage. And the effects of different duty cycle on surface morphology of coating were analyzed by SEM. The results indicated that with increasing the duty cycle under constant pressure, coating thickness and surface roughness increased at the same time, mole contents of calcium and phosphorus in coating increased too. Under constant cur-rent mode, coating thickness and surface roughness slow growth, and appeared a tend of first increase and then decrease, and surface morphology and surface roughness of coating a little changed. Therefore to want to get thick coating, the constant pressure mode should be selected, while constant curent mode fited for the preparation of smooth surface coating-
