电池组装压力对AGM隔板吸酸饱和度的影响

摘要:电池组一致性问题一直是世界性的难题,而影响电池组一致性的固素很多。要想提高电池组的一致性,必须在每个生产环节进行严格的控制。而隔板又是电池的重要组成部分,隔板性能的优劳对电池性能的影响至关重要。本文通过不同组装压力下的极群进行了组装电池试验,对抽浮酸后电池隔板吸酸饱和度进行计算,同时进行了电池相关性能上的实验。通过数据的测试分
析,可以对电池的设计、生产以及工艺的调整提供理论和事实依据。关键词:组装压力;吸酸饱和度;抽酸量;电池一致性

Abstract: To keep battery consistence of performance is a difficult problem, and many factors affect the consistence of performance. In order to improve the consistence of the battery pack, each production link must be controlled strictly. The separator performance is very important for the performance of the battery. In this paper, the battery assembly test was made by use of plate groups assembled under different compression, and the acid absorption saturation was calculated. Furthermore, the related experiments on battery performance were carried out. Based on the analysis of the data obtained from the tests, a theoretical and realistic basis is provided in terms of the battery design, production as well as the processing adjustment.

能和隔板有着密切的关系。由于极板、隔板在制作过程中厚度上的差异,相同数量的极板、隔板在装入电池槽后产生的组装压力也不同。组装压力的差异造成了隔板受压缩变形量上的不同,隔板的吸酸量也就不同。同时,电池后期充足电后的抽浮酸作业也会对隔板的吸酸饱和度产生影响,从而最终对电池以及电池组的性能产生影响。
