不同生产工艺对4BS生成影响的研究

摘要:利用电子扫描显微镜、X射线桁射技术,研究了铅膏配方中不同H,SO,与PbO添加比例、极板固化温度、固化时间等因素对活性物质内生成四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)含量和晶体颗粒尺寸的影响。研究发现HSO,与PbO的添加比例对4BS在活性物质内的生成量有直接影响,对晶体颗粒尺寸无明显影响;固化温度对活性物质内4BS生成量无明显影响,对晶体颗粒尺寸影响较大:
固化时间对活性物质中4BS生成量和晶体颗粒大小均有一定影响。关键词:铅酸蓄电池;四碱式硫酸铅;铅膏;化

Abstract: We use the techniques of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Xray diffraction (XRD) to investigate the influence of different proportion of H,SO4 and PbO in the paste formula, curing temperature and time on the content of 4BS and the size of crystal. The results suggest that proportion of H,SO4 and PbO has a direct impact on the content of 4BS in the active material, while it has no significant effect on the size of crystal. On the contrary,the curing temperaturehas no effecton thecontent of 4BS, but it influences the size of crystal more considerably. It also can be told that curing time has a certain impact both on the content of 4BS and the size of crystal as well
