VRLA电池用AGM隔板测试研究

摘要:依据国家标准GB/T28535一2012的描述,对AGM隔板的定量、最大孔径、弹性能力、吸液能力等性能进行了测试。采用电子万能试验机对AGM隔板的抗刺破性和循环耐久性进行了研究,同时还对不同型号AGM隔板的微观结构与解度之间的关系进行了研究。实验结采表明,AGM隔板中含有一定含量的祖纤维可以明显地改善隔板的弹性能力,使隔板具有良好的循环耐久性,隔板在经历200次连续压编一回弹测试之后,干态压力与湿态压力保留率分别达到了62%与36%左右,有利于电池在描环使用过程中维持较高的装配压力,可以提高电池使用寿命。

Abstraet: The performances of adsorptive glass fiber mat (AGM) were characterized based on the Chinese national standard *GB/T 28535—2012'.The common performances of AGM separators include the max pore size, basis weight grammage per mm, absorbency, elasticity and so on. In this study, the electronic universal test machine was employed to well understand the relationship between micro-structure of AGM and puncture resistance, cyclic endurance fatigue properties, etc. The experimental results showed that a certain content of coarse fibers in AGM separator greatly contributed to a better elasticity and AGM separators consisted of coarse glass fibers and a quantity of fine fibers had good elasticity and excellent durability performance under dry and wet conditions. After 200 continuous cycles, the strength retention ratio reached up to 62 % and 36 % respectively, which was beneficial to sustain high plate-group pressure during cyclic operation and prolong service life of lead acidbatteries.
