4BS添加剂对铅酸蓄电池性能的影响

(1.河北超威电源有限公司,河北邢台055650;2.超威电源有限公司,浙江长兴313100)摘要:将4BS晶种作为添加剂引入到正极原料中,且当添加量为1%时,4BS晶种能引发极板中生成细致、均匀的4BS颗粒,在很大程度上能够提高极板性能的一致性。配合75℃高温固化工艺,生极板中4BS含量可提高到75%,游离铬氧化效率更高。4BS晶种的引入还可将铅膏的孔率提高到466%,有利于氧气进入到铅膏内部,使得固化更易于进行,极板活性物质间的结合力增强。通过优化化成工艺,4BS晶种能提高熟极板中α-PbO,含量,使活性物质结晶细致。实验表明,4BS晶体的引入能够缩短生产时间,提高了极板的化成效率和一致性,最终延长电池的使用寿命。

Abstraet: When the 4BS seeds as an additive with the content of 1 % were added into the anode materials, the reaction of fine and uniform 4BS particles generated in the plates was triggered, which could improve the consistency of the plate performance to a large extent. By combining with 75 C high temperature curing process, the content of 4BS in the green plates could be increased to 75 %, and the oxidation efficiency of free lead was higher. By introducing 4BS seeds, the porosity of lead paste could be increased up to 46.6 %, which was good for oxygen to get into the lead paste, then making the curing easier and the active materials of the plate more cohesive. By optimizing the process, 4BS seeds could improve the content of α-PbO, in the red plates and crystallize the active materials. The experiment showed that the introduction of 4BS seeds could shorten the production time, improve the formation efficiency and consistency of the plates, and finally extend the life of the battery.
