不同铝膏念酸量及周化艺条件对正极活性
物质结构组成和形貌的影响研究

摘要:不同铅膏含酸量及固化工艺条件对正极活性物质的结构组成及形貌有着显著影响。本文通过调整正极铝膏含酸量并将4BS晶种添加于正极铅膏中进行和骨、极板涂填,在不同温度及湿度条件下进行固化制备正极生板。通过采用X射线衍射技术(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)对上述在不同固化条件下制备的正极生板活性物质的结构组成和形貌进行了研究。研究发现,随着固化温度和相对湿度的提高,正极活性物质中0(4BS)逐渐增大,添加4BS晶种更有利于正极中①(4BS)的增加。

Abstract: Different acid content or curing conditions have a significant impact on the structure. composition and morphology of the positive active material. In this paper, the positive paste was prepared by adjusting acid content and adding 4BS seed. The green positive plates were cured under the conditions of different temperatures and humidity after pasting process. The structural composition and morphology of the positive active materials prepared under different curing conditions were studied by X-ray diffraction technique (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope technology (FE-SEM). The results showed that 4BS content of the positive active material gradually increased with the increased curing temperature, relative humidity and acid content of positive paste. 4BS content of positive active material increased while 4BS seeds were added in particular.
