非线性油气悬架的阻尼特性研究曾荣兵,董明明,

摘要:以矿车后悬的油气悬架为研究对象,利用统计线性化的方法,按照等效线性阻尼系数相等的原则,计算出了渐增、线性和渐减3种阻尼模型的参数.在稳态随机路面的激励下,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真并比较非线性刚度与3种阻尼模型匹配时的车身加速度均方根值、悬架动行程、车轮动载荷以及减振器的发热功率,得
到了不同类型阻尼对上述指标的影响,对阻尼的匹配、优化设计具有参考价值,关键词:油气悬架;非线性;刚度-阻尼匹配;统计线性化

Abstract: The statistics linearization method is used to study the damping characteristics of its rear hydro-pneumatic suspension of a dump truck. According to the principle of equality in the equivalent damping coefficients, the parameters of 3 different models are calculated in the increasing damping, the decreasing damping and the linear damping. Under the excitation of the steady random road, the comfort indexes including the body acceleration, suspension stroke, wheel dynamic load and damping power are worked out in Matlab/Simulink. Comparing with the results from the simulation under the nonlinear stiffness matching 3 damping models, the effect of different damping coefficients on the above indexes were obtained. The comparison shows that the increasing damping model is most suitable for the nonlinear hydro-pneumatic suspension

油气悬架广泛应用于高性能越野车,军用车辆和矿用自卸卡车等特种车辆,该悬架的非线性特性为车辆提供了更好的平顺性和越野通过性,以孙涛,凡[14]等为代表的文献对油气弹簧的结构参数对车辆平顺性影响进行了仿真研究,但是,没有分析刚度与阻尼的匹配问题
