滚动轴承振动的非线性超混沌特性研究

摘要:为研究滚动轴承不同振动状态的非线性混沌特性,采用不同方法从多角度进行探讨和判定。使用递归图最后采用最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)方法,通过对各状态振动的Lyapunov指数谱进行计算,研究轴承振动的超混沌特性。研究结果表明:滚动轴承不同状态振动信号的非线性混沌特征存在明显的差异,但均表现为
混沌特征并且都是超混沌的,且故障状态越大,振动的超混沌性越强。关键词:滚动轴承;报动信号;相空间重构;Lyapunov指数谱;超混沌

Abstract: In order to study nonlinear chaotic characteristics of rolling bearings under different vibration states, the dif-ferent methods are used to discuss and assess from various angles. The periodicity of vibration is analyzed by recurrence plot, and the chaotic characteristics of signals are assessed by CLY method. The frequency distribution characteristics of vibration are discussed by combining power spectrum. Finally, the least squares support vector machine method is a-dopted, and the hyper chaotic characteristics of bearing vibration are studied by calculating Lyapunov exponent spec trum of different vibration states. The research results shows that there are obvious differences in nonlinear chaotic char acteristics of vibration signals of rolling bearings under different states, each state is characterized with hyper chaotic characteristics, Furthermore, the greater the fault state, the more powerful hyper chaos characteristics of vibration. 维数("]、最大Lyapunov指数(2-3)、Kolmogorov摘及相关复杂性测度[4-6]等方法对振动的非线性混沌特性进行判断,很好地解释了轴承振动现象的复杂运动现象,判定轴承振动是一种在有限相空间轨道永不重复、形态复杂的运动。然而,这些特征量只能表现轴承振动的某方面特性,而且受信号长度及噪声影响,这些特征量的计算结果会有所偏差,导致判断错误。因此,尝试采用递归图、CLY 方法和功率谱3种方法对轴承不同振动状态实测信号的混沌特性进行试验分析。
如前所述,目前对轴承振动的混沌特性研究多是基于混沌的辨别,但对其振动超混特性的
