液压互联悬架参数对其刚度和阻尼的影响

摘要:在车辆悬架强度设计间题的研究中,抗侧候液压互联悬架系统的刷度和阻尼不仅与车辆的机械系统的参数相关,还与液压系统的参数相关。为了研究减压互联悬架系统参数对悬架等效刚度和阻尼的影响,建立了装有抗侧倾液压互联悬架的 SUV车辆在侧频平面内的频域振动半车模型,推导了系统的等效刚度和阻尼的表达式,得到了由系统参数求悬架等效刚度
的影响。结果表明抗侧倾减压互联悬架系统的液压元件参数改变对系统等效侧倾例度及系统的等效阻尼的影响很大,但对
系统的垂向等效刚度影响很小。仿真结果可以为液压互联悬架系统的刚度和阻尼设计提供理论依据。关键词:液压互联悬架;减压元件参数;等效刚度;等效阻尼

ABSTRACT:The stiffness and damping of the anti rolling hydraulically interconnected suspension ( HIS) system depend on not only the parameters of the mechanical system but also the parameters of the hydraulic system. To study the effects of HIS parameters variation on its stiffness and damping, a half car model of a SUV fitted with anti roll-ing HIS system is established in the domain of frequency, the expressions of equivalent independent stiffness and Budp esaus uosuadsnsuapaapaeainba aanor oaeaaareass o ude with suspension system parameters is found. And then simulations are carried on to analyze the influence of variation of cross sectional area of the hydraulic cylinder chamber, the inner diameter of the hydraulic pipeline, the pre charge pressure of aceumulator on the equivalent independent suspension stiffness and damping of roll and bounee mode, Results show that hydraulic component parameter variation of the anti rolling HIS system has a great influ-apu uaeanba a uo a e ing apo rar a jo Sdep pue ssaus uouass uapuadapu uaeanba uo aoua s o asap areuosear y s ror apid snsa al apo aaq a o ssaus osans uad ness and damping of the HIS system.
