北京地铁施工阶段安全风险技术管理

【摘要】城市地铁工程的施工环境比较复杂，存在工程自身和环境两方面的风险。对工程自身结构和施工影响范图内的周边环境进行分级辨识管理是基础，针对不同级别的风险源开展工程技术风险管理是工作重点。安全风险技术管理工作主要集中在施工准备期和施工过程两个阶段。安全风险技术管理的主要对象是风险工程的施工技术方案，是以“技防”为主的监控管理手段。从北京地快风险工程的分级识别及调整、周边环境风险源保护、安全专项施工方案、施工监控量测、信息反馈与处理等5个方面人手，操讨安全风险技术管理工作的关键内容，总结城市地铁工程施工阶段的安全风险技术管理工作应重点关注的对象，对施工阶段的环境风险和自身风险所引起的不安全状态起到有效的技术防范作用。

Abstract:Construction environment of urban subway is complex with project and environmental risks. The classification, identifying and management of structure and surrounding environment in construction influence scope are the foundation of safety risk technology management, and the key is working according to different levels of risk source.Safety risk technology management work is focused on the preparation and construction process of construction.The main object of safety risk technology management is construction scheme, and the technical solution is safety based on monitoring easeas Beijing subway risk engineering classificated recognition and adjustment, the surrounding environment risk source protection, safety special construction scheme, construction monitoring and information feedback and processing. Then it is indicated that the safety risk technology management is important object for urban metro engineering construction, and it can be effectively technical prevention of unsafe state caused by construction stage environmental risk and its own risk.

目前，城市轨道交通工程的建设周期短、工期
压力很大，主要的风险集中在施工阶段。虽然城市轨道交通工程施工技术相对较成熟，明挖法、暗挖法或盾构法等施工方法普遍采用，但是，面对复杂的施工条件和未知的影响因素，对风险源进行有效分级识别尤为重要。对特定的施工区域和采用的施工方法之间相互作用的风险源进行分级，按自身【收精日期】2011-08-02
