地铁车站复杂工况下施工关键技术

[摘要】以北京地铁10号线长春桥站的基坑施工为例,基于对该车站穿桥、临水、临路等环境风险叠加复杂工况的分析,分析了基坑施工可能存在的安全风险并有针对性、科学地制定了相应的组合技术措施,包括桥基础注浆加固、增加钢支撑刚度、加密围护桩间距、钢支撑端头增设千斤顶等。此外,还应严格遵循“时空效应"控制开挖步序、科学组织施工;加密桥区监测点,做好信息化施工。工程实践表明,所确定的技术措施科学合理,工程实施在与周边复杂环境友好协作下顺利完成。

Abstract: Taking foundation excavation construction of Changchun Bridge station in Beijing Subway Line 10 as an example, based on the analysis of complex conditions through the bridge, waterfront, adjacent road and so on with environmental risk superposition for the station, this paper analyzes the security risk existing in the construction of foundation construction, scientific combination technology measures are taken, including grouting reinforcement of bridge foundation, increasing stiffness of steel support, shortening distance of fender piles, increasing jacks at steel support end and so on. In addition, it should strictly follow the "time-space effect"to control the excavation sequence, organize scientific construction, and shorten the monitoring points in the bridge area, and make the information construction. Engineering practice shows that the technical measures are scientific and reasonable, the project in complicated surrounding environment is completed successfully.

1工程概况 1.1车站概况
北京地铁10号线二期长春桥站为地下2层岛式车站,车站结构形式为地下2层3跨箱形结构。车站总长215.9m,标准段宽20.7m,开挖深度为 16.5m;中部约50m范围结构位于长春桥下,车站主体布置在长春桥2号跨(1,2号桥墩)之间;车站西侧紧邻京密引水渠(运河),如图1所示。

3.8m、与围护桩最小净距为2.7m,2号桥墩桩基外皮与车站结构最小净距为10.92m、与围护桩最小净距为9.82m;基坑开挖深度为15.7m、基坑底标高 35.880m,车站基底与1号桥墩桩底相对高差为 13.1m、与2号桥墩桩底相对高差为24.1m(见图2)。
