900[摘要]青岛海湾大桥大沽河航道桥为独塔自锚式悬索结构,钢箱梁架设采用大节段吊装施工工艺将全桥55个小块段2.1万t钢箱梁组合成24个大节段吊装受锚固区整幅梁段限制还受到浮吊吊装能力、吊高、吊幅及钢箱梁吊耳设计要求等各种因素限制对吊具要求较高结合该桥梁段种类多、质量大、分幅梁段偏心严重、整幅梁段宽度宽等特点,提出梁索结合式吊具结构通过调整扁担梁的位置使吊具适应不同类型梁段的吊装要求。对青岛

Abstract: The Daguhe Waterway Bridge in Qingdao Bay Bridge is a self-anchor-type cable-stayed structure with single tower. The steel box girder is constructed by hoisting construction with large segment , which combines 55-ittle segment of girder with 21 kiloton-weight into 24-arge segment of girder. Limited by whole girder in anchor zone and hoisting capacity , hoisting height , and hoisting arm length of floating crane , hoisting equipment is required of very high performances during box girder construction. So combing with girder' s characteristics of more kinds , large mass , large eccentricity of dividing girder and very wide of whole girder , the authors put forward hoisting equipment which combines girder and cable into unit. By adjusting the location of carrying pole , the hoisting equipment can satisfy requirement of different kind of girder segment. The authors introduce in detail the hoisting structure of

1工程概况
青岛海湾大桥大沽河航道桥采用不对称独塔 4跨连续钢箱梁自锚式悬索桥全长610m。钢箱梁采用扁平流线形结构标准梁节段长12m采用分离式双箱断面结构,全宽47.41m,梁高3.6m;主缆在横向中间位置梁高加高到8.0m。结合结构特点钢箱梁采用临时墩支架配合浮吊大节段吊装施工工
