[摘要】江津中渡长江大桥为主跨600m的双面悬索桥,北岸采用隧道式锚,隧道锚锚塞体设计无后锚室,故预应力管道压浆时浆液沿管道先从前错面进人,至后错面位置弯转180°后与预应力管道连接,最后从前锚面出浆,而前锚面与后锚面高差达36m,目前,隧道式错碗尚无此类参照性压浆施工工艺。中渡长江大桥项目在正式施工前研究了隧道错大落差预应力管道压浆施工技术,并进行模拟管道压浆试验及1:1大落差压浆试验,采用智能压浆机与
智能压浆系统,并根据模拟试验结果制定切实可行的预应力管道压浆方案,保证了压浆质量。【关键词】桥梁工程;隧道式锚;预应力;管道压浆;仿真试验

Abstract:Jiangjin Zhongdu Yangtze River Bridge is a double-sided suspension bridge with the main span of 600 meters. The tunnel anchorage is used at the north shore. Besides, the tunnel anchorage body is designed without an anchor chamber. When the prestressed pipelines are pressed, grouting goes along with the pipe to the front of the anchor at first, then after the position of the anchor is bent to 180 degrees, it is connected with the prestressed pipelines. And finally, the slurry comes out from the former anchor age surface. However, the height difference between the front anchorage surface and the latter anchorage surface is 36 meters. At present, there is no such reference grouting construction technique for tunnel anchorage. Before the formal construction of the Yangtze River Bridge project, the grouting construction technology of prestressed tunnel with large drop of anchorage is studied. Simulation pipeline pressure grouting tests and 1: 1 large drop grouting tests are also studied. Intelligent grouting machines and intelligent grouting systems are used during the process. According to the simulation test results, it is
feasible to develop a practical prestressed pipeline grouting scheme to ensure the grouting quality. Key words:bridges; tunnel anchorage;prestressing;pipeline grouting;tests

工程概况
重庆市江津中渡长江大桥主桥为主跨600m的
双索面悬索桥,主缆由2×65根索股组成,大桥北岸采用隧道式锚碳(简称隧道锚),锚啶开挖长度达 82m,锚塞体长度达60m,与水平线倾角为37°。横断面顶部采用圆弧形,侧壁和底部采用直线形,前锚面尺寸为10m×10m,顶部圆弧半径5m,后锚面

尺寸为14m×14m,顶部圆弧半径7m。预应力管道采用Φ115mm×5mm无缝钢管。压浆管采用 Φ27mm×3mm无缝钢管。本隧道式锚啶锚塞体设计无后锚室,故错塞体分层浇筑完成后预应力钢绞线只能在前错面位置处进行单端张拉,张拉完成后管道压浆顺序为从后锚面进浆、前锚面出浆。图1 为隧道错预应力锚固系统构造,图2为前锚面预应力钢束布置情况。
