成贵铁路菜坝岷江特大桥主桥施工技术

【摘要】成贵铁路菜坝眠江特大桥主桥基础,结合地形、地质特点,北岸河中岸滩采用高水头筑岛围堰技术,南岸水中墩采用石渣筑岛后陆域静压植钢板桩围堰工法,河中墩采用栈桥+钢平台,水上静压植钢板桩围堰技术,克服岩面侵人承台、上覆卵石层等难题,承台、墩身在一个枯水期完成,墩身涨水前施工过汛期防洪水位。钢梁架设采用特制设备从两边向中间悬臂拼装、跨中合龙施工技术,修改航管软件解决航空限高问题。铁路道诈槽板采用场内

Abstract: Combined with the characteristics of topography and geology, and overcoming a lot of difficulties, such as the rock surface intrusion bearing platform, the pebble bed and so on, the foundation of main bridge for Caiba Minjiang Bridge in Chengdu to Guiyang railway line is finished successfully in a dry season with the piers of structure above the flood water level promptly. On the north shore of the river, the construction method of bench is applied with cofferdam using the high water-head filling island. On the south shore, the piers in water using the method of silent steel piling cofferdam after the island built with stones in the land. In the river, the construction method of piers is applied with silent steel piling cofferdam above the water using steel trestle and platform. Steel truss girder now assembles by the method of both sides to the middle span cantilever erection and mid-span closure scheme, modifying aircraft management software to solve the problem of aviation height limit. Railway ballast tank board is constructed through the technology of prefabrication, transportation of bridging machine and girder combination. The whole set of innovative technology is adopted, which is safe, excellent, efficient and environmental.

1工程概况
菜坝岷江特大桥为新建成都一贵阳铁路跨越眠江的一座铁路特大桥,大桥全长1178.58m,位于宜宾菜坝机场西南侧约3km处。桥址北岸为小龙村,南岸为自然村。主桥跨越岷江为(140+224+ 140)m钢桁连续梁。

桥位处属丘陵地貌,桥址处河谷两岸为丘陵区的岷江残留高阶地,地面高程263.000~347.000m,最大高差84m,自然坡度5°~20°。河谷平坦开阔,江流顺直,水流较瑞急。两岸地表基本为旱地、水田、鱼塘,基岩多裸露,地表上覆土层为粉砂、粉质黏土、卵石土,下伏基岩为砂岩夹泥岩。
根据桥址上游12.92km处的高场水文站收集的资料显示,最近20年最高水位出现在2012年7月23 日,为281.92m,当年本月22日为281.88m(最高水位持续时间一般为2~3d)。如表1,2及图1所示。
