现代有轨电车环境影响及其线网规划环境合理性分析

摘要:现代有轨电车具有中等运量、能耗低、环境友好的特点,符合城市绿色低碳的发展理念,成为城市新区公共交通的首选。针对兰州新区现代有轨电车线网规划建设,通过环境影响识别,重点分析有轨电车线网规划建设对噪声环境、振动环境、生态环境等的环境影响:同时,与城市总体规划相结合,分析现代有轨电车建设的环境合理性,在规划阶段为有轨电车线网规划的实施决策提供理论依据。从环境合理性的角度,对规划项目的具体
实施提供指导,为其他城市新区建设有轨电车的时机提供借鉴。关键词:现代有轨电车;线网规划;环境影响;环境合理性

Abstract: Modern trams have the characteristics of intermediate capacity, low energy consumption, and environmental friendliness, and being in line with the of green urban development concepts; thus, trams have become the first choice for public transport in new urban areas. Aiming at the planning and construction of a modern tram network in Lanzhou New District, through the identification of environmental impacts, the author focuses on an analysis of the environmental impact of the construction of a tram network, including the effect of noise and vibration on the environment. In addition, combined with overall urban planning, the author analyzes the environmental rationality of the construction of modern trams, and for the planning stage, a theoretical basis for the implementation of decisions in tram network planning is provided. From the perspective of environmental rationality, this work provides guidance on the implementation of project plans and timing the construction of trams in other new urban districts.
