编者按我国的城市化进程加快，涌现出越来越多的特大、超大型城市，随之形成都市圈、市群，这对轨道交通提出了更高的要求，同时引起了业内的普遍关注。城际、区域、市域不同空间各种定位与需求接瑾而来，高铁、城市快轨究竞如何分工、如何衔接，各抒已见。本期《热点研讨》选出5篇文章刊登，

市域快轨功能定位及规划要点

摘要：在市域快轨概念分析的基础上，从服务范围、服务对象和服务目标3方面分析了市域快轨的内涵。总结出市域快轨线网具有中心区外围放射线、市中心放射线和穿越市中心3种形态，同时对市域快轨的同城化通勤服务、公交化服务、适应客流变化的运营组织和按照时刻表运行的特征进行了分析。提出市域快轨前期规划中要处理好与城市中心区地铁线路、与区域内市域及市郊铁路之间的关系，线路敷设方式、系统制式选择、资源共享、一体化开发等方面的规划要点。

Functional Positioning and Planning Points of

Abstract: The concept of the regional rapid rail transit is analyzed, and on this basis, the connotations of regional rapid rail transit are analyzed from three aspects: service scope, service objectives, and service target. It is concluded that the regional rapid rail transit network has three forms: the radial lines outside the central area, the lines radiating from the city center, and the lines passing through the city center. In addition, the features of regional rapid rail transit, including the commute associated with urban integration, a service similar to public transportation, an operation adapted to variable passenger flow, and an operation according to a timetable, are analyzed. The idea that the relationships among regional rapid rail transit, thc subway line, and the regional railway should be dealt with in the pre-planning period is proposed.
