北京地铁安检设备更新改造需求分析

摘要:先进、可靠的安检设备是地铁安检工作顺利进行的基本保障。从寿命状态条件、健康状态条件以及技术性能条件3个方面,归纳总结现有的安检设备更新改造标准,并针对北京地铁2008年投入使用的安检设备的实际运用情况,分析该批安检设备的更新改造需求。根据相关行业安检设备使用寿命标准,该批安检设备的使用时间已到更新改造年限。通过分析该批安检设备的平均故障率、平均无故障工作时间、平均停工时间等可靠性指标的变化情况,表明该批安检设备的可靠性显著降低,其健康状态已难以满足地铁安检的高要求。此外,为满足北京市相关标准对安检设备的性能要求,该批安检设备亦存在技术升级改造需求。因此建议:北京地铁相关管理部门应在近期对该批安检设备进行更新改造,以确保北京市轨道交通安检工作质量,保障轨道交通运营安全。

Abstract; Advanced and reliable security inspection equipment is a basic requirement to ensure smooth subway security inspec-tion. The existing standards for replacement and renovation of security inspection equipment are summarized in terms of service life, health condition and technical performance. The current condition of the security inspection system used in Beijing Subway since 2008 is analyzed and its demand on replacement and renovation is discussed from the above-mentioned three aspects. Ac cording to the standards for service life of security inspection equipment,the security inspection system of Beijing Subway has reached the replacement time limit. The change of reliability indexes such as mean failure rate, mean time between failures, as well as mean down time of the security inspection equipment are examined, which indicates that the health state of the system has been difficult to meet the essential requirements of subway security inspection. Moreover, in terms of the standards for the performance of security inspection equipment issued by Beijing, technological renovation needs to be made for the security in-spection system in Beijing Subway. It is concluded that replacement and renovation should be carried out for Beijing Subway soon so as to ensure safe operation of the subway system
