自动被拍的产品开发及集尘盒注射模设计

【摘要】集尘盒为自行研发的自动被拍部件，其结构较为复杂，外侧有8处倒扣，2处卡扣，设计模具时采用侧抽机构，两面抽芯。通过对集尘盒的注射成型工艺分析，采用UG软件进行设计。在设计时，综合考虑集尘盒的质量要求、现有的加工条件、生产效率等因素，模具采用一模一腔的结构形式，对模具总体结构进行设计和分析论证，大大提高了模具设计效率。

[Abstract] The structure of the dust collecting box is complex, there are many upside down buckles in the outside, and there are two buckles. The side pulling mechanism is adopted in the mold design, and the core is pulled out on both sides. This article through the analysis of the injection molding process of the dust collecting box, designed by UG software. In the design, considering the quality of the dust collecting box requirements, processing conditions, the efficiency of existing production and other factors, the structure of a cavity and the design of the first mock exam, to analyze the overall mold structure, greatly improving the efficiency of mold design.

作为一个长期在一线工作的模具人员，对于内覆膜模具设计制造中积累了一些比较感性认知，主要是说明它与一般注射模的不同之处。因实践还在不断的完善之中，这些经验为一家之言，谨为抛砖之用。

越来越得到人们的重视，但是由于住所限制，只能在自家阳台上晒被子，而且晒完被子必须要用被拍掸灰去螨才能保持晒被子后的良好效果，人们习惯用传统的人工被拍，其不仅掸灰去螨效果不好，而且对人的呼吸道有害，尤其是对尘螨过敏的人。
