基于Moldflow汽车椅背板的模流分析

摘要:利用Pro/E软件设计了汽车椅背板的制品模型,通过Moldflow软件进行模流分析。设计了两种不同浇注方案,对比两点热流道浇口和三点热流道浇口对制品的成型质量影响,并对模具的浇注系统和冷却系统以及制品的气穴、缩痕指数、翘曲变形进行了分析,得出两点热流道浇口比三点热流道浇口的浇注方案更加合理的结论,为模具设计提供了理论依据。

Mold flow analysis of the back plate of car seat

Abstract: The product model of the back plate of car seat was designed by Pro/E software. Then, the mold flow analysis was carried out by Moldflow software.Two different casting schemes were designed to compare the influence of the two point hot runner and the three point hot runner on the molding quality of the product.Thc cavitation,shrinkage index and warpingdeformation of the product and the casting system and cooling system of the mould were analyzed. The results show that the pouring scheme of the two point hot runner is morc reasonable than the scheme of the three point hot runner, which provides the theoreti-cal basis for mould design.

本文通过Moldflow软件,分析汽车椅背板的浇口位置、注射位置处压力以及制品缩痕指数、气穴和翘曲变形的情况,可对汽车椅背板的实际生产过程进行指导,并为模具设计提供可靠的理论依据,提高模具制造的效率。
