汽车内饰件翘曲变形的CAE分析及优化设计

摘要:汽车内饰件成型翘曲变形大将导致各零部件之间的装配问题,严重影响产品质量。借助Moldflow软件,对塑件的翘曲变形进行分析,分别从浇注系统、冷却系统以及产品结构方面提出了多种设计方案并进行了分析。结果表明,在浇注系统、冷却系统确定的情况下,塑件的四周区域挖通槽且同时沿浇口方向设置厚加强筋可以明显降低塑件的翘曲变形,翘曲变形量为0.61mm,满足产品曲变形量<1mm的要求。关键词:Moldflow软件;注塑成型;翘曲变形;优化设计

Abstract: The warpage of the plastic parts will lead to the difficult assembly, which will sc riously affect the quality of the products.Based on Moldflow, thc warpagc of plastic parts is analyzed, and several design schemes are proposed from the aspects of gating system, coo ling system and product structure. The results show that if the condition of the gating system and cooling system are stable, the deformation of plastic parts can be obviously reduced by cxcavating thc slot around the side of thc part and setting up a thick rib along the directior of thegate.Finally,warpingdeformationofo.61mmmeetproductwarpingdeformation< 1mm.
