三通管注塑模具设计

摘要:根据对塑料三通管的工艺分析,确定采用一模二腔的模具结构。选用侧浇口,浇口位置设置在塑件的侧表面。采用斜导柱侧向抽芯机构,3个方向抽芯,抽芯距离为39mm。在动、定模镶块和侧型芯分别设置了冷却循环水路。推出机构为推
杆推出。整套模具结构合理,生产精度高,注塑的产品外观美观、表面光滑。关键词:注塑模;三通管;侧抽芯

Injection mould design of three-way pipe

Abstract: According to the process analysis of plastic three-way pipe, the mould structure of one die and two cavities was determined. The edge gate was chosen, and the position of the gate was set on the side surface of the plastic. The side core pulling mechanism by slanted guide pillar was chosen,in which core waspulledfrom three directions,the corepolling dis-tance is 39 mm. The cooling circulation waterway was set in moving dic insert,fixed die in-sert and side core. The ejecting mechanism is push rod mechanism. The whole set of mould has reasonable structure and high precision. The product made by the designed mould has beautifulexteriorappearanceandsmoothsurface.
