挂钩注塑模具设计

摘要:采用塑料挂钩为研究对象,根据工艺要求和塑件结构特点,设计了点浇口三板式模具。为保证塑件的成型,设计了侧抽芯机构、先复位机构和冷却水路。结果表

Injection mould design of hook

Abstract: This article takes the plastic hook for study object. The three plate type mould with pin-point gate was designed based on technological requirements and structural charac-teristics. The side core-pulling mechanism, early return system and cooling circuit were de-signed to guarantee the moulding of plastic parts. The result show that the whole set of

塑件工艺分析
本文研究的塑件如图1所示。该塑件为挂
钩.总体尺寸为20mm×65mm×13mm,塑件材料为ABS,要求表面光滑、外观美观、大批量生产。从结构上来看,塑件尾部都有因装配要求面设置凹槽。依据上述特点综合分析,模具整体结构设计为一模四腔,为了保证制品表面质量,采用点浇口三板式模具;为了便于工件表面质量需控制模具温度,加强冷却装置的设计:为了便于凹槽部位的成型,宜采用侧向抽芯机构;推出机构宜采用推杆推出,且需要设置先复位机构。
