三通接头二次抽芯与时差抽芯注塑模设计

要:三通接头是一种具有多种型孔、型槽、维孔、外螺纹和螺孔形体要素,且具有摘
两锥孔正交贯穿的注塑件。通过采用40.6mmX6.1°锥孔具有时差抽芯机构,成功地解决了两种正交贯穿锥孔的运动干涉问题,即40.6mmX6.1°锥孔型芯超前 53mmX2°锥扎型芯抽芯,滞后53mmX2°锥孔型芯复位。对于M42mmX1mmX 13.5mm螺孔和外端5.7mm的引导孔,需要采用引导孔二次抽芯才能实现三通接头
脱模。该模具设计合理,注塑件脱模顺利,提高了生产效率。关键词:三通接头;二次抽芯;脱模;干涉;注塑模

Abstract: The tee joint is a type of injection molding which has various types of holes, grooves, conical holes, outer thread and screw holes,and has two cones with orthogonal
nism,the movement interference problem of the two orthogonal taper hole is successfully solved, namely the 40.6 mmX6.1taper roller core executes core-pulling before 53 mm ×2'taperroller core,andresetlater.ForM42mm×1mm×13.5mmscrewhole and the outer end of 5.7 mm guide hole, a secondary core-pulling is required to rcalize thc demould-ing of tce joint. The mould design is reasonable, the injcction molding is smooth and the production efficicncy is improved.
