基于定模抽芯的某大型工具箱面盖注塑模设计

摘要:以某工具箱塑料面盖为研究对象,结合大型模具的加工方法和模具设计过程中的关键技术,对模具加工过程中的问题和缺陷进行分析,设计出某工具箱塑料面盖的大型注塑模具。其工作原理是利用一种定模斜推杆,在模具的内部实施抽芯操作,
利用排气杆附近的空隙挤出模具内部的空气。模具结构设计合理,工作稳定。关键词:定模抽芯;塑料工具箱面盖;注塑模;斜推杆

Abstract:Alarge injcction mould of a toolbox plastic cover was designed based on the analy-sis of the problems and defects of the mould processing, combining with the processing methods of the large mould and the key technology in the process of mould design. Its work. ing principle is that the core pulling operation is carried out inside the mould through the usc of a fixcd-model slanted pushing rod and the air inside the mould is extruded by using the gap near the exhaust rod. The design of the mould structure is rational and the work is stable
