基于UG汽车内置香水座盖模具型腔

【摘要】在注射工艺中,模具型腔的个数和排布关系到塑件表面精度和生产效率,本研究以汽车内置香水座盖为研究对象,先对其二维结构进行分析,选择了ABS作为塑件的材料,再基于UG进行三维建模和型腔排位设计,在型腔设计方面综合考虑例倒扣,保证顺利脱模。最后通过理论计算,综合考虑塑件的表面质量和生产效率,确定了注射模型腔个数为 4,而且设计为对称方形排位,同时经计算确定模具型腔侧壁厚度为17mm,模具型腔底板厚度为18mm,这对模具型腔排布和设计具有指导意义。

[Abstract] In the injection molding process, the plastic parts surface accuracy and production efficiency was related by mold cavity number and arrangement, this research with builtin perfume car Seat cover as the research object, first, the twodimensional structure was analyzed, to select the ABS as the material of plastic parts, and then threedimensional modeling and mold cavity position was designed based on UG, torque is comprehensive considered in cavity design, to ensure the mold stripping smoothly. At last, through the theoretical calculation, to consider the surface of the plastic parts quality and production efficiency, to determines the injection mold cavity number is 4, and design for symmetric square grid, at the same time through the calculate and determine the mold cavity wall thickness is 17 mm, mold cavity plate thickness is 18 mm.
