浅谈车身外协件开发阶段的供应商管理

【摘要】“车身外协件开发”是当前汽车制造行业的一个热点名词。随着汽车制造技术和产业结构的不断发展，汽车制造主机厂为充分发挥其核心竞争力，基于场地、产能、设备、成本等因素考虑，越来越多的依靠外协零部件供应商进行汽车零部件的研发和制造。在新项目开发的过程中，如何确保汽车零部件供应商按照主机厂的进度、质量、技术、产能等要求，对零部件进行开发、工艺、工装、设备及工位器具投入、试制、试生产、产品检验及OTS 认可？本文重点介绍了车身外协件开发在吉利公司从项目启动至量产前的供应商管理。关键词：车身外协件开发；项目开发；供应商管理

[Abstract]"The development of the auto body outsourced parts"is a hot word in the current automobile manufacturing industry.With the continuous development of automobile manufacturing technology and industrial structure, automobile manufacturing plant to give full play to its core competitiveness,to consider based on site, capacity,equipment, cost and otherfactors,more and more auto parts R & D and manufacturing rely on outsourcing parts suppliers. In the process of new projects development, how to ensure the auto parts supplier to finish the development, process,tooling,equipment and work station equipment inputs,trial manufacturing,test production, product inspection and OTS approval according to the schedule, quality, technology, capacity and other requirements of the main engine plants.This paper introduced the supplier management of development of the auto body outsourced parts from the project start to quantity in Geely Company. 1引言
供应商对于新产品开发的进度和质量起着决定性的作用。理论上说，如果供应商管理规范、体系完善、做的足够好的话，主机厂无需额外的关注其开发和生产准备过程，只需要在项目开发的每个供货节点，对供应商产品进行必要的检验即可。但是在实际开发过程中，一方面产品数据和工艺在开发过程中会发生变化，另一方面供应商也不具备毫无偏差的按照

主机厂的技术、质量要求进行开发。供应商需要在产品开发的过程中利用主机厂的资源和帮助开展相应的工作。为了保证项目进度、质量，主机厂需主动、持续地跟踪能力不足的供应商开发过程，并随时准备使用自已的资源和力量帮助供应商提升能力，确保全过程的有效控制，从而规避项目开发的风险。所以供应商的自身项目管理水平对于主机厂的外协件开发具有重要意义。
