浅谈地铁车站安装、装修阶段质量管控的有效做法

[摘要]】南京地铁截至2016年底，已建成7条线路，总里程约258km。目前日客流已超过300万人次，约占南京市公共交通出行的42%。由此可见，地铁在城市公共交通地位显著，电倍受广大市民的广泛关注。地铁车站在安装、装修阶段施工特点是；空间小、专业多，施工组织难；影响因素多，工期较为紧张。这一阶段虽然持续的时间只有1年左右，但是对今后运营质量和效果确实最具有决定性的。文章结合南京地铁四号线某车站安装装修实施的情况，浅谈这一阶段现场质量管控采取的有效微法。

Abstract:The Nanjing metro has completed seven lines by the end of 2016, with a total mileage of about 258KM. 0前言
地铁车站在安装装修阶段所涉及的专业有土建（含铺轨）、机电安装（含建筑装修）、公共区装修、各类系统如供电系统、接触网、通信系统、信号系统、PIS系统、综合监控、气体消防和防灾报警(FAS)、自动售检票（AFC)、屏蔽门、自动电扶梯、多联空调(VRV)等，同步交叉施工的单位有机电安装单位、装修单位、各类系统安装单位等十多家单位。地铁设备满足地铁运营所需的功能，而装修似为“人的服装"起到美化亮化地铁给乘客以舒适感。设备和安装质量关系到后续运营安全和故障率，装修质量关系地铁品牌和形象。南京地铁四号线安装装修采用的是一体化施工总承包模式，安装与装修间协调工作属承包方，大大减少业主的协调工作量。试想俏若业主不关注安装与装修工序安排，不介入安

装与土建、系统等别专业间的协调，肯定会影响到整个车站的安装进度；若不关注安装的每一环节、不注重细节的处理，装修效果会大大降低。
1认真审查图纸，现场核对实量
开工前，安装单位组织技术人员对车站结构进行核对和测量，提交“三表"即土建预留孔洞、预埋件偏差情况汇总表、土建渗漏点统计表、结构尺寸误差(含错漏)统计表。现场业主及时组织土建单位、安装单位、监理单位、设计院等进行会商，由设计院下发技术联系单提出处理方案，业主明确分工，督促各责任单位限时按要求完成整改。现场尽早核
