汽车油桶盖弹簧式斜顶脱模机构及
注射模设计

摘要:针对汽车油桶盖内部有内螺纹及圈盖形状的结构特点,注射成型时需进行内螺纹脱模抽芯,设计了多腔三板式点浇口模具结构,内螺纹的脱模采用管式弹簧斜顶杆推出机构,并设计相应的顶出斜顶杆脱模机构,实现塑件自动脱模和自动化生产需求。内螺纹脱模机构设计合理,工作稳定,可为成型同类塑件的模具设计提供参考。

Abstract: In view of the internal thread inside the automobile oil tank cover and the dome structure, the intermal thread need core-pulling demoulding in the injection forming process. For the demand of plastics, a three-plate mould with multi-cavity was designed. The angle pin ejection mechanism with pipe spring was used to achieve intermal thread demoulding

在注射模设计过程中,对于内部有内螺纹的圆盖型塑件的注射成型,由于其结构的特殊性,需进行内螺纹的脱模抽芯-})。其模具零件加工的难易程度与抽芯机构的设计有关,抽芯机构越简单模具零件越容易加工,模具生产成本相对就降低,且机构越简单模具工作时可靠性、稳定性越好。生产实践中,周边有倒扣的圆盖型塑件注射成型时存在模具装配复杂、机构工作稳定性差、修模困难以及自

动化生产程度低等问题,现结合某型号带内螺纹特征的汽车油桶盖塑件结构,进行内螺纹脱模机构及其注射模设计,为同类塑件的模具设计提供参考。
塑件分析
图1所示为汽车油桶盖塑件结构,为圆周型薄壳塑件,平均壁厚3mm,塑件精度标准等级MT5 级。塑件的结构特点:外形为倒锥形,最大直径为Φ 57mm,拔模角度为双边2°,塑件整体高度为16 mm,顶盖为R70mm的圆弧面,弧形倒扣深度3 mm。塑件应用于车用储油系统,螺纹密封性要求高,需满足强度高、韧性好、密封性好且易于注射成型的要求,故塑件选用ABS+PC材料成型。
