局势动荡地区高凝原油输送
工艺技术研究

摘要：为了保障高凝原油管道的安全输送，一般采用保温加热输送、集肤效应输送、油品改性输送三种输送方式。对于地处动乱地区管道，传统单一的输送方式并不能满足高凝原油管道安全输送的要求，结合保温加热输送和集肤效应输送的优点，提出保温加热输送和集肤效应输送相结合的混合输送工艺。以阿尔伯特湖原油外输管道为例，长输管道动力驱动方式包括外电驱动、天然气发电驱动和原油（或荣油）发动机驱动，热源有天然气、原油或荣油加热炉。该管道所经地区对环保要求比较高，如采采用管内所输原油作为动力源和热源，存在着无法获茨取当地政府批准的风险，因此选择案油驱动是相对可行的方案。

Take crude oil transmission pipeline of Lake Albert as an example, the driving way of long distance pipeline contains externel electric driven, natural gas power generation driven, crude oil or diesel engine driven. Heat source includes natural gas, crude oil or diesel oil heeting furnace.

ronmental requirement, if use the crude oil in the pipeline as a source of power and heat source, maybe cannot get the approval of the local government, so choose diesel is relatively feasible scheme

高凝点原油在管道输送过程中易发生避管、堵塞等事故。为了防止发生此类事故，对于高疑原油管道输送目前一般采用保温加热输送、集肤效应输送和油品改性输送三种输送方式1-2，国内外已经有大量的工程应用实例。然而，对于地处非洲局势动荡地区原油管道的输送工艺技术，除了考虑油品本身的物性参数以外，还需要考虑管道沿线的社会依托条件以及局势动荡的影响。本文以阿尔伯特湖原
