基于Dynaform的印涂铝盖冲压拉深摩擦
条件的数字化设计技术

摘要:以非线性有限元软件Dynaform为平台,保持凸模与坏料间的摩擦系数不变,分别将凹模与坏料间的摩擦系数取值为 0.01,0.02,0.04,0.08和0.1,研究凹模与坏料间的摩擦系数对1716印涂铝盖冲压拉深过程中壁厚分布的影响;再将凹模与坏料间的摩擦系数保持不变,分别将凸模与坏料间的摩擦系数取值为0.1,0.125,0.15,0.17和0.18,研究凸模与坏料间的摩擦系数对1716印涂铝盖冲压拉深过程中壁厚分布的影响。结果表明:1716印涂铝盖末次拉深的相对合理摩擦条件是凸模与坏料间静摩擦系数取0.17,凹模与坏料间动障擦系数取0.020。同时,生产试验表明,采用静摩擦系数为0.17、动摩擦系数为0.020的摩擦条件可以生产出质量合格的产品。

Abstract: Based on nonlinear finite element software Dynaform and the unchanged friction coefficient between punch and blank, the influ ences of friction coefficient between die and blank on the wall thickness distribution of printing and coating aluminium covers 1716 were studied with the different friction coefficients 0. 01, 0. 02, 0. 04, 0. 08, 0. 1 respectively. Then, the unchanged friction coefficient between die and blank, the influences of friction coefficient between punch and blank on the wall thickness distribution of printing and coating aluminium covers 1716 were studied with the different friction coefficients 0. 1, 0. 125, 0. 15, 0. 17, 0. 18 respectively. The results show that in the last drawing process the relatively reasonable static friction coefficient between punch and blank is 0. 170, and dynamic friction coefficient between die and blank is 0. 020

在板料的冲压拉深过程中,坏料与模具表面之间的摩擦与润滑条件直接关系到加工零件能否成形以及零件成形后的表面质量和模具磨损的程度。坏料与模具表面之间的摩擦润滑条件是油膜厚度、模具和板料表面粗糙度、模具几何形状、压力、滑动速度等因素相互作用的复杂动态效应,合理的摩擦润滑条件对于保证零件质量至关重要。作为冲压拉深工作者都有这

样的经验:在冲压拉深过程中,需要滑动摩擦系数小,润滑条件好,目的是减少摩擦阻力和筒壁区的拉应力;凸模表面不宜太光滑,更不宜润滑,目的是减小凸模与材料的相对滑动从而避免零件断面变薄破裂["-3]。在实际生产中,由于零件的形状不一样,坏料的材质不一样,摩擦条件也不相同,生产者往往需通过反复的模具调试,来获得合理的摩擦条件,这样操作费时费工,不利于生产成本的降低。
1716印涂铝盖、铝塑盖等酒类包装的容器外盖,是不少包装企业的主要产品之一。采用8011铝合金,料厚为(0.27±0.01)mm,铝盖内径为d30mm,铝盖高度为67mm,底部圆角半径拟取为0.5mm。1716
