基于稳健设计的冲压成形工艺参数

摘要:以某梁类零件为研究对象,以获得最小减薄率及增厚率为目标,结合稳健设计、均值分析和变量分析,得出各工艺参数对减薄率及增厚率的影响程度及作用趋势,最后运用综合加权评分法确定同时兼顾减萍率和增厚率的最优工艺参数组合为摩擦固数0.125.冲压速度2500mm/s.凸固模间隙1mm 板料偏置量1mm,最终优化后的零件减薄率降低了26.85%,增厚率降低了49.33%,可为冲压成形提供指导。

Abstract: Taking a beam-type part as the research object, the influence and the tendency of various process parameters of the thickening rate of it and thinning rate were obtained. It was obtained by taking the minimum thinning rate and thickening rate as the goal, and combining with robust design, the ANOM and the ANOVA. Finally, by using the comprehen-sive weighted scoring method the optimized combination of the process parameters was ob-tained with the friction coefficient of 0.125, the stamping velocity 2 500 mm/s, the die clear ance 1 mm and the sheet metal offset 1 mm. At last the optimized parts thinning rate re-duced by 26.85%, and the thickening rate reduced by 49.33%, which could provide guidance for stamping forming

现利用Dynaform软件,对某梁类零件进行拉深成形模拟分析,为降低零件的减薄率、增厚率,提高试模成功率提供理论依据。应用稳健设计,结合均值分析法(ANOM)、变量分析法(ANOVA),获得各工艺参数对该梁类零件减薄率及增厚率的影响程度;运用综合加权评分法实现多目标优化,最终获得合格的零件,满足生产要求。
