前 言
JB/T13639《工作台移动式单柱立式车床》分为两个部分;
——第1部分∶精度检验;
——第2 部分∶技术条件。
本部分为 JB/T 13639 的第 1部分。
本部分按照 GB/T 1.1—2009 给出的规则起草。
本部分使用重新起草法修改采用 ISO 3655∶1986《带固定式或移动式工作台的单柱或双柱立式车床总论及检验精度》（英文版）。
本部分与ISO 3655∶1986相比存在技术性差异，这些差异涉及的条款已通过在其外侧页边空白位置的垂直单线（|）进行了标示。附录 A 给出了技术性差异及其原因的一览表以供参考。
