螺杆式空压机排气温度高缺陷分析与处理

摘要：主机排气温度高是螺杆式空压机最常见的缺陷之一。根据喷油温度的不同，缺陷大致可以分为两大类。喷油温度高，说明回到主机的油没有冷却到正常温度，原因排查可以从导致油温高的各种因素着手。喷油温度正常，说明进入主机的油温没有问题，那么必然存在油流量低的问题，可以从影响空压机油流量的各种因素着手排查。根据相应的原因进行分类排查，能准确、快速地消除缺陷。

According to the dfference of injection temperature, the defects can be divided into two categories. High injection temperature means that the oil is not cooled to normal temperature when it is back to the main engine. The investigation of the cause can be from the leading factors of high temperature. If injection temperature is normal, it means that the oil temperature is no problem when entering the main engine. It must be the problem of low flows of oil. The investigation of the cause can be from the leading factors of oil flow initiated.According to the classification of the

浙江大唐乌沙山发电有限责任公司共有4台 600MW燃煤发电机组，每两台机组合用一套输灰空压机系统，包括4台螺杆式空压机.两个单元各一套，共计8台输灰空压机。产生的压缩空气供气力输灰用气、输灰仪用气、飞灰库仪用气、脱硫区域杂用气和仪用气。正常运行工况下，每套系

输灰空压机采用的是英格索兰公司的M250 喷油螺杆式空压机，冷却系统采用水冷式，空压机设备主要参数见表1。
系统原理
文中研究螺杆式空压机排气温度高缺陷的原因和处理方法，主要涉及到空压机的油循环系统。空压机油循环系统如图1所示。
