双曲面三角形凹凸面铝板幕墙施工技术

【摘要】指出慰溪文化商务中心公建群项目幕墙工程的施工重点与难点，确定了双曲面三角形凹凸面铝板幕墙现场幕墙安装原理、施工流程和安装操作要点。实践表明，工程施工效果良好，为曲面、双曲面、不规则的建筑幕墙的设计、施工提供借鉴。

Abstract: The construction emphasis and difficulties of curtain wall in Cixi Culture and Commerce Center are proposed. The curtain wall installing principle,construction process and installation operation points with hyperboloid triangular concave and convex surface aluminum panel are determined. The result shows that the construction effeet is very good. It gives a conference for the design and construction of curtain

慈溪文化商务区（南区）中的科博文化中心是慈溪市重点标志性建筑，本幕墙工程施工范围共分为2个区：科博文化中心和城市展馆（见图1），共计 5个单体，建筑层数为4层，建筑物平面环形分布，此建筑外立面效果复杂，立面总体上为双曲面
铝板幕墙，细部为三角形拼花成六边形，每个三角形都还存在内嵌三角形。
幕墙施工重点、难点分析 2
1)核对总包提供的轴线基准线及水平基准点。 2)逐层对轴线基准线的控制线放线，测量每层
结构边及结构柱与轴线的尺寸，提供给设计方建三维模型，模型须由设计院及业主确认且不得改变原设计外观效果。
3)模型确认后，开始后置埋件的定位线及进行埋件安装，图2为建筑三维模型。
