维曲面拉索玻璃幕墙施工找形与张拉控制研究三

【摘要】三维曲面拉索幕墙曲面造型优关,符合审美要求。单向拉索取消了横向拉索,使得幕墙更加通透、飘追,同时减少了拉索用材,更为经济。而采用双索,增加了拉索刚度和安全系数,解决了单索幕墙承载力不足、变形较大以及空间索网结构通透性不高等问题。因此,三维曲面单向双索幕墙越来越受到青睐,其应用前景广泛。但由于该复杂类型的幕墙出现时间很晚,其理论研究尚不成熟,没有完善的理论研究体系,在施工研究、技术标准方面还有很多值得探索的地方。对三维曲面拉索玻瑞幕墙施工找形与张拉控制研究现状进行了较为深人的探讨,提出了尚需进一步研究的方向,以南宁吴圩国际机场新航站楼三维曲面拉索玻璃幕墙为工程载体,对其施工找形与张拉控制明确了研究内容及方法。

Abstract: The three dimensional curved cable glass curtain wall has beautiful shape and meets the aesthetic requirements. The single direction cable cancels the transverse cable to get good surface effect and reduce the cable materials for economic. However, the double cable increases the cable stiffness and safety coefficient and solves the low bearing capacity and large deformation and imperfect permeability of special cable net. So the three dimensional surface single direction double cable curtain wall is more and more popular with wide application prospect. But the complex curtain wall is used recently, so the curtain wall has not perfect principle system, construction and standards. This paper discusses the state in construction forming finding and tension control of three dimensional curved cable glass curtain wall, and suggests the research direction. Based on curtain wall of new terminal building in Nanning Wuxu International Airport, the research contents and methods of construction forming finding and tension control are pointed out.

悬索结构指由一系列作为主要承重构件的悬挂拉索按一定规律布置而组成的结构体系,包括单层索系(单索、索网)、双层索系及横向加劲索系(见图1)。
