变电站用VRLA蓄电池典型失效模式
及危险性分析

摘要:因为前变电站主要使用阀拉控式铅酸蓄电池作为直流电源,所以对变电站直流系统退役测分析,将蓄电池解剖之后对板栅、板板,汇流排和隔板的形貌进行观察分析,以及对铅膏成分、酸密度进行分析,表明变电站用阅控式铅酸蓄电池典型失效模式主要有3种:正极板栅离
蚀、负极汇流排腐蚀和负极硫酸盐化。最后,对这3种失效模式的危险性进行了分析。关键词:变电站:闵控铅酸蓄电池:失效模式:板栅;扇蚀;汇流排;硫酸盐化

Abstract: At present, the VRLA batteries are mainly used as the DC power supply in the substations so it is necessary to analyze their failure modes. By detecting the appearance, conductance, open circuit voltage and electrode potential of used lead-acid batteries, observing the morphology of grids. plates, cast-on straps and separators, and analyzing the composition of lead paste and acid density, it is shown that the three main failure modes of VRLA batteries for substations are positive grid corrosion, negative cast-on strap corrosion and negative sulfation. Finally, the risks of these three failure modes were also analyzed
